Clarification and Consent Form on the Protection of Personal Data

Notification under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”)

This notification has been prepared under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) to inform you about the processing, storage, sharing, and protection of your personal data. This document is an annex and an integral part of your employment contract.

1. Data Controller Information

Our company is designated as the “Data Controller” under KVKK. We commit to processing your personal data in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• Fulfillment of employment contract obligations,
• Compliance with the Labor Law, Social Security Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, and other relevant national and international regulations,
• Internal communication and event organization,
• Employee attendance tracking through biometric data,
• Fulfilling requests from relevant public authorities and institutions.

3. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected in written, verbal, audio, visual, or electronic form during the job application, personnel records, and employment processes. The data is processed based on legal grounds specified by KVKK.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with:

• Subsidiaries within the Company Group,
• Consultants, business partners, and shareholders,
• Service providers and suppliers,
• Public authorities and competent bodies,
• Domestic and international business partners and relevant third parties.

5. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data will be stored for the duration specified by the applicable legal regulations after the termination of your employment contract and will be deleted after these legal periods.

6. Your Rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if your data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or internationally,
• To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data as per Article 7,
• To request that corrections or deletions be communicated to third parties,
• To object to an adverse outcome resulting from automated data processing,
• To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful data processing.

7. Declaration of Consent

Within the scope of the above information, I hereby give my explicit consent for my personal and/or special category personal data to be collected, recorded, stored, modified, updated, periodically checked, reorganized, classified, retained within legal timeframes, and transferred to the specified third parties in Turkey and abroad as per KVKK.
